South west of the Wasteland Tower is a Shrine surrounded by 7 Statues ( you have to find all the balls and put them on the right statues plate, look for the correct symbols on the Balls and statues, one ball in on one of the statues and the rest are scattered around, use Magnesis to find them.) ┣Seek Out Impa While you don’t need to complete the shrine quest to reach the shrine, it will help you locate it faster. From the Wasteland Tower, face east, then glide towards the basin as marked in the screenshot below. There are no further puzzles inside so just loot the chest then interact with the monk to complete the shrine. When you head out of Gerudo Town, make your way south. This will activate the gears above but since it’s missing a gear, the gate will not open yet. Now pick up the electric cube and ride the platform all the way up.
